Benha University Leadership Committee interviewed Applicants for Leadership Positions

The Leadership Selection Committee at Benha University held meetings to conduct interviews with employees applying for leadership positions at the university, specifically:
• General Director of Administrative Affairs and
• General Manager of the Faculty of Law.
This is a continuation of the interviews conducted for previously announced positions, Including:
• Assistant Secretary of the University for Financial Affairs and
• General Director of Administrative Security.
The committee, chaired by Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of the University, listened to the proposals and ideas of the applicants for these positions, their management strategies for the sectors they applied for, their vision for development, their ability to expedite work, and their capacity for decision-making and problem-solving.
Prof. El-Gizawy emphasized that the selection of applicants for leadership positions is conducted through the committee formed to evaluate candidates based on the necessary criteria to choose the most qualified and suitable individuals for leadership roles at the university.

• Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, with membership including
• Prof. Jehan Abdel Hady, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies;
• Prof. Suhair Shaarawy, former Vice President and Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Commerce; and
• Prof. Ashraf Shams El-Din, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law in Benha.
• Prof. Amr Mustafa, former Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Cairo University, as an external member;
• Prof. Haitham Hamza, Professor of Computer Technology at Cairo University, as an external member; and
• Prof. Hani Mahmoud, Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, as an external member.
