Benha University Organized a Workshop for Members and Coordinators of the Unit Against Violence Against Women in Collaboration with the National Council for Women

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof. El-Sayed Fouda, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Benha University, in collaboration with the National Council for Women, organized a workshop for the unit's members and coordinators to raise awareness of the council's services and the role of violence against women units in universities.

• Prof. Nevin Abd El-Sabour, Director of the Unit Against Violence
• Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development
• Mrs. Shaimaa Naim, General Director of Strategic Administration at the National Council for Women
• The head of the National Council for Women in Kalyobiya, along with members and coordinators from various faculties.
Workshop Content:
• A presentation of an explanatory video about the units addressing violence against women in Egyptian universities and their roles.
• Discussion of the role of the Safe Women Unit at Benha University Hospital in providing necessary support for victims of violence.
This workshop comes as part of the efforts of the university and the National Council for Women to enhance awareness and support for women in combating violence.
