President of Benha University Chaired the Higher Committee for Trainer Accreditation at the National Center for Training and Leadership Development

In the framework of implementing the national strategy for higher education and scientific research, and under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Mustafa Rifaat, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities, and under the supervision of Prof. Omar Salem, Director of the Center for Technological and Knowledge Services, Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, chaired the activities of the higher committee for trainer accreditation at the National Center for Training and Leadership Development of the Supreme Council of Universities.
This meeting was held for the personal interviews to accredit more than 90 trainers who have completed the Trainer Preparation Course organized by university training centers or the National Center for Training and Leadership Development under the Supreme Council of Universities, as part of the implementation of the national strategy for higher education and scientific research.
Prof. El-Gizawy pointed out that a series of Trainer Preparation (TOT) courses have been launched, targeting faculty members and supporting staff at many Egyptian universities to enhance their teaching and training skills according to the latest global trends.
He added that the National Center for Training and Leadership Development under the Supreme Council of Universities has organized and implemented many of these courses in collaboration with Egyptian universities.
These training courses served as an experience to build a better future in the field of human resource development and to prepare distinguished trainers with high quality and efficiency in transferring practical and professional experiences using practical methods and techniques in dealing with the public and various learning styles of individuals.
It is noteworthy that the committee includes Prof. Mohamed Attia, Vice President of Mansoura University for Education and Students Affairs; Prof. Mohamed Abdel Aal, Vice President of Kafr El-Sheikh University for Education and Students Affairs; Prof. Aref Sabry, Vice President of Fayoum University for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof. Rawya Yahya Rizk, Vice President of Port Said University for Postgraduate Studies and Research; and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
The committee also includes Prof. Mahmoud El-Sayed, Vice President of Cairo University for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof. Khaled Abdel-Latif, Vice President of Sohag University for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Sobhi Shaaban, Vice President of Menoufia University for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Ali Abdel-Mohsen, Vice President of Alexandria University for Education and Students Affairs; Prof. Mona Abdel-Hamid, Assistant Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities; Prof. Karim Amara, Director of the Digital Information Network; and Mr. Ahmed Abdel-Aziz, General Director of Technical Affairs for Councils at the Supreme Council of Universities.
