Ministry of Higher Education: Launch of the "Together" Competition for Universities and Institutes to Produce Short Videos Raising Awareness of Dangerous Ideas

In light of the efforts made to confront harmful ideas that contradict the noble religious beliefs and the authentic cultural and societal heritage of the Egyptian people, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, under the sponsorship of Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announces the launch of a competition under the slogan "Together" to produce a short video not exceeding one minute in duration, aimed at combating destructive and harmful ideas.
The competition comes within the framework of the ministry's significant interest in building a sound personality for youth, deepening their sense of loyalty and belonging, protecting them against harmful and destructive ideas, and creating a generation capable of building and innovation.
Conditions for Participation in the Competition:
1. Students must produce one video not exceeding one minute in duration, with a file size not exceeding 100 MB.
2. The video must be original (from the students' imagination) and should not include any excerpts taken from the internet. If proven otherwise, the video will be disqualified from the competition.
3. The number of team members for the film must not exceed 5 students.
4. The video must have a resolution of at least (FULL HD).
5. The work must be uploaded to the designated website, including the name of the university and the names of the participating team members.
The submitted works should focus on one of the following themes: promoting a culture of tolerance and coexistence, social peace within the community, supporting the values of citizenship, establishing the principles of moderation and balance, and confronting distorted and extremist ideas.

A specialized committee will be formed to evaluate the competing works by the Leadership Preparation Institute, and the winning students will be honored during the upcoming International Book Fair.
