Launch of the New Cycle for International Publication Rewards and Citation References – January 2025 Cycle

Prof. Jehan Abdel-Hadi, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announced that Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, has approved the opening of applications for the January 2025 cycle for international publication incentives and the total number of citation references starting today, Wednesday, January 1, 2025, for a duration of one month from the date of the announcement.
Prof. Jehan indicated that the accepted research for this cycle includes those published during the years 2023 and 2024, which have not been submitted in previous cycles.
The number of citations will be calculated based on the last five years according to the announced calculations for faculty members on Google Scholar. Any applicant whose Google Scholar account contains research that does not belong to them or who has previously received financial rewards for research in past cycles will be placed on a blacklist and prohibited from receiving rewards from the university's scientific research support programs.
The scientific research support programs launched by the university for faculty members and young researchers play a significant role in enhancing the capabilities of faculty and researchers and impact the university's global ranking.
