Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, attended the conclusion of the training program aimed at building the capacities of Agriculture College students and preparing them for the job market, organized by the University's Professional Development Center in collaboration with Mawhiba International Company for Agricultural Development and Investment.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy stated that the university is keen on building students' capacities and preparing them for the job market through partnerships with the industrial sector. He pointed out that the training program was part of the protocol signed between the university and Mawhiba International Company for Agricultural Development and Investment.
On his part, Engineer Mahmoud El-Sayed, Chairman of the Board of Mawhiba International Company, expressed his appreciation for the significant role that Benha University plays in developing the skills and capacities of its students, emphasizing that the company is committed to partnering with the university to achieve this.
Prof. Sahar Abdel Rahman, Director of the Professional Development Center at the university, mentioned that the training program lasted for three days, with activities held both at the college and the company's headquarters. Students learned about the company's activities and its agricultural investments in the Egyptian market, including fertilizers, growth stimulants, and pesticides, as well as its work in tissue culture for Barhi dates, olives, and breeding purebred Arabian horses.
