Prof. El-Gizawy Received the Public Prosecutor of North Benha Prosecutions

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, welcomed Counselor Mohamed Hisham Barakat, the Public Prosecutor of North Benha Prosecutions, during his attendance at the doctoral thesis presented by researcher Hassan Fathy Mohamed Abdel Hamid from the Faculty of Law at the university.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy emphasized the important role of the judiciary in applying the law and achieving justice with integrity and transparency, praising the esteemed judiciary of Egypt for its role in ensuring justice among citizens.
The discussion and judgment committee consisted of:
• Prof. Atef Mohamed, Professor and Head of the Commercial Law Department and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law at Menoufia University for Education and Student Affairs.
• Prof. Essam Hanafy, Professor of Commercial Law and former Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law at Benha University for postgraduate Studies and Research.
• Prof. Kawthar Said, Assistant Professor and Head of the Commercial Law Department at the Faculty of Law, Benha University.
• Prof. Hanan Abdel Aziz, Professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law, Benha University.
