Vice President of Benha University for Postgraduate Studies Welcomed Accreditation Team for Faculty of Commerce

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. Jehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research, welcomed the external review team for program accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education to review and evaluate the programs of the Faculty of Commerce for program accreditation.
This event was attended by Prof. Magdy Meligi, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Prof. Mohamed Ghanem, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at the university, along with the college's vice deans, department heads, and program coordinators.
Prof. Jehan Abdel Hadi emphasized the university's commitment to forming partnerships with civil society institutions in various fields and providing scholarships for students and graduates. She also highlighted the importance of continuous communication with community stakeholders through regular employment forums and joint training to enhance practical skills, supporting and developing the educational process in line with quality standards to elevate and improve the institutional and academic reputation of the university.
The Vice President noted that the Faculty of Commerce has applied for program accreditation for the programs in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, and Statistics, stressing the university's commitment to continuing its efforts in applying all quality standards.
Prof. Mohamed Ghanem stated that the external review team will visit the college to assess the practical practices, activities, and documentation related to program accreditation, conducting interviews with all targeted groups, including college leaders, program members, faculty staff, students, administrative staff, graduates, and community stakeholders. They will also inspect the infrastructure, laboratories, workshops, and lecture halls.
It is noteworthy that the visit of the external review teams from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education to the Faculty of Commerce will continue from February 23 to February 26 of this year.
