Benha University Organized Annual Iftar for Children of Dialysis and Hematology Units

The Community Service Sector at the Faculty of Medicine, Benha University, organized the annual Iftar for children from the Dialysis Unit and the Hematology Unit.
This event was held under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Professor El Sayed Fouda, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, with the attendance of Prof. Mohamed Al-Ashhab, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Nermin Adly, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service, along with several doctors, nursing staff, and families of the participating children.
The Iftar witnessed participation from several members of the community association at the Faculty of Medicine, who were keen to support the sick children and bring joy to their hearts during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Dialysis Unit and the Hematology Unit at the Faculty of Medicine expressed their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Prof. Nasser El Gizawy for his significant support and generous sponsorship of the annual Iftar for children suffering from kidney diseases and blood disorders.
The organizers of the initiative emphasized that this event reflects the university's commitment to its community role and its dedication to providing psychological and social support to sick children, bringing joy to their hearts and alleviating their suffering. This effort is part of the university's ongoing initiatives to promote solidarity and cooperation within the community.
