Benha Researcher Receives Advanced Training and Scientific Experience Exchange in Animal Science Department in Larissa
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, the President of Benha University, announced that Dr. Menna Allah Hatem El-Shishtawy, an assistant lecturer in the Meat Hygiene Department at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, has received advanced training and scientific experience exchange in the Animal Science Department in Larissa.

• This training is part of a cooperation agreement between Benha University and Thessaly University in Greece under the Erasmus Program for student exchange and training.
• The program aims to enhance the exchange of knowledge and research skills among partner universities.
• It supports researchers in acquiring modern techniques in the field of food safety and analysis.

• HPLC Analysis of protein and peptide profiles in:
• Milk
• Cheese
• Royal jelly
• Honey
• GC Analysis of fatty acid profiles in:
• Milk
• Cheese
• Edible insects
• Detection of food fraud using ELISA (meat, milk).
• Detection of food fraud using FTIR (meat).
• Microbiological analysis and antimicrobial testing for animal-derived foods.
