Social Solidarity Unit at Benha University Organized a Seminar on "Healthy Nutrition"

The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at Benha University, in collaboration with the Social Solidarity Unit, organized a seminar on "Healthy Nutrition" at the Faculty of Nursing.
This event took place under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University; Prof. El-Sayed Fouda, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Mohamed Al-Aqbi, Assistant Minister of Social Solidarity for Strategic Communication and Media, and General Coordinator of Solidarity Units at Egyptian Universities; Prof. Marwa Mostafa, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing; and Prof. Faten Shafik, Vice Dean for Environmental Service and Community Development. The seminar was coordinated and organized by Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
Prof. Ebtisam Abdel-Aal from the Faculty of Nursing delivered a lecture during the seminar, which was supervised by Sara Maher, Coordinator of the Social Solidarity Unit at the university. The seminar covered the concept of healthy nutrition, principles of healthy eating, the importance and benefits of proper nutrition, tips for healthy eating, and the role of healthy nutrition in improving health and psychological well-being.
