Benha University Leadership Committee Welcomed Applicants for Leadership Positions

The Selection Committee for Leadership Positions at Benha University held meetings to conduct interviews with staff members applying for leadership roles within the university. These positions include the renewal of roles for Secretary General of the University, Director General of Special Fund Accounts and Units, and Director General of Education and Student Affairs.
The committee, chaired by Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of the University, listened to the proposals and ideas from applicants regarding their management of the sectors they applied for, their vision for development, efficiency in completing tasks, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy emphasized that the selection of candidates for leadership positions is conducted by the committee formed to assess applicants based on the necessary criteria to choose the most qualified and suitable individuals for these roles.
It is noteworthy that the selection committee includes Prof. Jehan Abdel-Hady, Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof. Soheir Shaarawy, former Vice President and Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Commerce; and Prof. Ashraf Shams El-Din, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law at Benha.
Additionally, the committee comprises external members: Prof. Amr Mustafa, former Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Cairo University; Prof. Haitham Hamza, Professor of Computer Technology at Cairo University; and Prof. Hany Mahmoud, Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
