President of Benha University held Meeting with Faculty Deputies

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, held a meeting with the deputies of the faculties across the university. The meeting was attended by Prof. Jehan Abdel-Hadi, Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research.
During the meeting, Prof. El-Gizawy emphasized that the university aims to prepare academic cadres and build a second tier of leadership, equipping them with the necessary management and leadership skills, as well as the personal skills required for administrative positions within the university.
The President highlighted the importance of developing and instilling the concept of teamwork to ensure the quality of institutional performance and stability within the organization.
For her part, Prof. Jehan Abdel-Hadi mentioned that she is following up with the faculty deputies on all programs, in addition to the university's classification file. She explained that the university is in the process of creating promotional videos for its special academic programs and graduate studies to be showcased on the university's pages and websites.
