President of Benha University Welcomed the Iraqi Minister of Trade

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, welcomed Prof. Ather Dawood Suleiman Al-Ghareeri, the Iraqi Minister of Trade, along with Prof. Mostafa Hussein, the Iraqi Consul in Cairo.
The meeting was attended by Prof. El Sayed Foda, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Magdy Meligi, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Prof. Hosni Maheran, former Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, and several faculty members.
During the meeting, Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy welcomed the Iraqi Minister of Trade, who is also an alumnus of Benha University. He expressed his happiness and appreciation for the Minister's presence at Benha University, highlighting him as an exemplary graduate since he obtained his master's degree from the Faculty of Commerce at the university.
Prof. El-Gizawy emphasized that Benha University is always proud of its graduates who have achieved distinction and success in their professional lives, noting that the university is keen to maintain communication with all graduates, especially international students.
He added that Benha University is committed to providing exceptional academic and educational services to its international students, pointing out that Iraqi students constitute the largest group among international students at the university.
For his part, the Iraqi Minister expressed his gratitude, appreciation, and great happiness for the warm reception from Benha University, affirming the deep fraternal and historical relations between the two brotherly countries, Egypt and Iraq, at all levels.
It is worth mentioning that Prof. Ather Dawood Suleiman Al-Ghareeri, the Iraqi Minister of Trade, obtained a master's degree in economics from the Faculty of Commerce at Benha University in 2017, with a thesis titled "Analytical Study of the Trade Balance in Iraq."
