Benha University Theatre Team won Jury Award at the Arab Horizons University Theatre Festival in Oman

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, congratulated the Benha University Theatre Team for winning the Jury Award at the Arab Horizons University Theatre Festival held in Oman during its tenth edition, organized by the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Muscat.
Prof. El-Gizawy emphasized the university's commitment to supporting outstanding and talented students across various fields, promoting student activities, and encouraging students to develop their talents. This initiative aims to prepare generations capable of innovation and creativity in diverse areas.
Benha University team presented the play ( "Ashaab Al-Ard" The Owner of the Land), which addresses issues of land, identity, and belonging. The play highlights the struggle of individuals against attempts to seize their land, whether through invasion or exploitation. It revolves around characters who assert their legitimate rights, showcasing their determination to hold on to their land despite challenges, reflecting the strength of popular will in defending rights.
