Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the university's participation in the National Initiative to Qualify Egypt's Digital Leaders - Batch Four, organized by the National Training Academy in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
Prof. El-Gizawy emphasized that the participation of several academic leaders from various faculties of the university is part of Benha University's commitment to building the capacities of university leadership and preparing them for leadership and management roles. This initiative aligns with the directives of political leadership to enhance the capabilities of the Egyptian people.
The initiative includes participation from:
• Prof. Marwa Mostafa, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing
• Prof. Amjad Gamal, Dean of the Faculty of Arts
• Prof. Zeinab Faisal, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Benha
• Prof. Magdy Meligi, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Commerce
• Prof. Hani Shehta, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education
• Prof. Walid Talaat, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy
• Prof. Tamer Arafa, Vice - Dean of the Faculty of Sports Science for Graduate Studies and Research
• Prof. Mohamed Kamal Abu Al-Fotouh, Vice - Dean of the Faculty of Education for Graduate Studies and Research
• Prof. Abdel Fattah Monjed, Vice - Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for Graduate Studies and Research
• Prof. Mohamed Mosbah, Vice - Dean of the Faculty of Arts for Education and Students Affairs
the initiative aims to develop senior leadership within the state administrative apparatus by equipping them with the latest knowledge in digital transformation, modern technologies, and smart management, thereby enhancing their ability to effectively lead institutional development processes.
