At the conclusion of his visit to the People's Republic of China:  The President of Benha University met with several leaders of Chinese universities.

"Prof. El-Gizawy": Enhancing cooperation and establishing joint academic programs with Chinese universities.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, met with several leaders of Chinese universities on the sidelines of his participation in the International Conference on Digital Education held in Wuhan, Hubei Province, People's Republic of China.
Prof. El-Gizawy met with Prof. Huang Tai Yan, President of Wuhan University, and they discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two universities, including building the capacities of young researchers through exchange visits and providing scholarships for postdoctoral studies, as well as studying the establishment of a dual program on smart agriculture and collaborating in organizing conferences in areas of mutual interest.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy inspected the hybrid rice research laboratory and listened to a presentation on the laboratory's research plan and its achievements in producing new high-yield rice varieties. He also visited the remote sensing laboratory, where he learned about the laboratory's scientific and research capabilities and how it receives and analyzes data from the university's satellite. Additionally, he visited the International Relations Office at Wuhan University, where he met with Benha University students studying there to check on their academic progress.
Benha University and Wuhan University, one of the oldest universities in China with an excellent international ranking, have maintained a strategic relationship for over ten years, resulting in the establishment of the Benha-Wuhan Graduate School, which includes master's and doctoral programs in remote sensing, international trade, and nursing, expected to commence next year.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy visited Wuhan University of Technology, where he was received by the Vice President and the Director of International Relations. They discussed ways to activate the joint cooperation agreements, especially regarding the dual degree programs previously signed by both parties, such as the Business Administration program, the International Economics and Trade program at the Faculty of Commerce, the Civil Engineering program at the Faculty of Engineering in Benha, and the Computer Science Technology program at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence. They also discussed cooperation between Wuhan University of Technology, which has an excellent international reputation in technological education and scientific research, and Benha Technological University (under construction), forming a sub-alliance from the Silk Road University Alliance in engineering, enhancing opportunities for student and faculty member exchanges, participating in research projects, and increasing the number of scholarships offered to Benha University.
the President of Benha University met with the Academic President of Central China Agricultural University during his attendance at the discussion of the PhD thesis of researcher Hagar Shendy Bahlool, Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor and a scholarship member at Central China Agricultural University in the Faculty of Life Sciences, titled "Synthesis and Production of Multifunctional Nanomaterials and Their Use in Photothermal Therapy for Tumors."
Prof. El-Gizawy also met with the thesis committee and discussed the possibility of investing in the outcomes of the study obtained by the researcher.
