Launch of the New Cycle for International Publication Rewards – July 2025

Professor Jehan Abdel-Hadi, Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that Professor Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, has approved the opening of applications for the July 2025 cycle to obtain incentives for international publication, the total number of citations, as well as the publication of books and book chapters. This will commence today, Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and will last for one month from the date of the announcement.
Prof. Jehan indicated that the research accepted in this cycle is that which has been published within the last two years from the date of the announcement and has not been submitted in previous cycles. The number of citations will be calculated based on the last five years according to the published calculations for faculty members on Google Scholar. Applicants will be placed on a blacklist and prohibited from receiving rewards from the university's scientific research support programs if their Google Scholar accounts contain research that does not belong to them or if they have submitted research for which financial rewards were previously granted in earlier cycles.
The scientific research support programs launched by the university for faculty members and young researchers play a significant role in developing the capabilities of faculty and researchers and have an impact on the university's global ranking.
