Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, Prof. Jehan Abdel-Hadi, Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research, attended the summer training for the university's scouts in handicrafts and arts. This training is organized by the Scouting and Public Service Department within the General Administration for Youth Care at the university and will continue throughout the summer vacation.
The event was coordinated and supervised by Prof. Khaled Eissa, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the university, and Mr. Ibrahim Abdullah, Director of the General Administration for Youth Care.
The Vice President stated that the organization of the summer training for the university's scouts in handicrafts and arts aims to train students in various workshops, including "leatherwork, macramé, copper, decoupage, printing, glass, mirrors, and decorations."
Prof. Jehan Abdel-Hadi emphasized Benha University's commitment to implementing the student activities plan and utilizing the summer vacation period to hold various seminars, events, and awareness activities to harness the energies of youth and foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among them.
