Benha University Leadership Committee interviewed applicants for leadership positions.

The Leadership Selection Committee at Benha University held its meetings today, Saturday, to conduct interviews with employees applying for leadership positions at the university.
These positions include the renewal of the Director General of the President's Office, Director General of Medical Affairs, Director General of Postgraduate Studies and Research, Secretary of the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra, and Secretary of the Faculty of Commerce. The renewal also includes positions such as Director General of Public Relations and Media, Director General of University Cities and Nutrition, Secretary of the Faculty of Education, Secretary of the Faculty of Arts, as well as considering the position of Secretary of the Faculty of Agriculture.
Chaired by Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, the university president, the committee listened to the proposals and ideas from the candidates for these positions, their management methods for the sectors they applied for, their visions for development, the speed of work completion, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills.
The President of Benha University confirmed that the selection of candidates for leadership positions is conducted by the committee formed to evaluate applicants based on the necessary criteria to choose the most qualified and suitable individuals for the leadership roles at the university.

• Prof. Suhair Shaarawy, former Vice President and Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Commerce,
• Prof. Ashraf Shams El-Din, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law at Benha.
The committee also included Prof. Amr Mustafa, former Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Cairo University, as an external member, Prof. Haitham Hamza, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Cairo University, as an external member, and Prof. Hani Mahmoud, a professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, as an external member.
