For Research and Academic Collaboration: The President of Benha University Witnessed the Signing of a Cooperation Protocol Between the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence and Health Insights Company

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence and Health Insights Company. The agreement was signed by Prof. Karam Abdel Ghani, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Benha University, and Engineer Mustafa El-Shafie, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Health Insights Company, aimed at mutual cooperation in research and academic fields.
The signing was attended by Prof. Jehan Abdel Hady, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Mohamed Abdel Fattah, vice- Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy explained that the signed protocol includes provisions to enhance fruitful cooperation between the two parties in research and academic fields and to conduct specialized applied research in community service and environmental development through a research team from both sides. It also involves incorporating graduation projects and research from postgraduate students, particularly in software design. He pointed out that the protocol aims to establish long-term academic cooperation in several areas, including the medical sector, by supporting hospitals with medical information expertise, programming, artificial intelligence, and data science, as well as assisting physician researchers in the quantitative and numerical analysis of medical data using computer science and artificial intelligence techniques, and improving digital innovation for patient care.
Prof. El-Gizawy noted that in the area of scientific and research collaboration, the protocol addresses the possibility of cooperation in postgraduate studies, encouraging the exchange of expertise, and discovering outstanding students and researchers, training both undergraduate and postgraduate students, and conducting joint scientific seminars and training courses and announcing them.
Engineer Mustafa El-Shafie stated that Health Insights Company is a software design institution specialized in supplying and operating hospitals, possessing expertise and programs for the medical system for hospital management and operation. It is an international leader in this field, utilizing the latest research and development systems in medical software design, electronic transactions, and digital health, supported by partnerships with educational hospitals to meet the medical needs of the community.
Engineer El-Shafie expressed his happiness in enhancing scientific and research exchange and supporting graduation projects for students, achieving integration between the academic and practical sides with Benha University.
