Benha University Launches Evaluation Phase for Faculties Competing in the Government Excellence Award

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the evaluation phase for the University's faculties has commenced. This initiative is part of their preparations to compete in the fourth edition of the Government Excellence Award 2025, organized by the Ministry of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation, which serves as the coordinator for the Arab Government Excellence Award in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The evaluation process is supervised by Prof. Dr. Abdel Kader Abdel Karim, General Coordinator of Administrative Quality at the University and Team Supervisor. The proceedings were attended by Prof. Dr. Mervat Kozmen, Training Expert for Government Excellence Awards, Prof. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and the University's Award Coordinator, along with the evaluators trained from the university's faculties.
Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy emphasized that the evaluation phase aims to assess the performance of the university's faculties according to government excellence standards. He noted that it will conclude with the selection of the top five faculties to represent the university in the 2026 Excellence Award, competing across all Egyptian universities.
El-Gizawy affirmed that Benha University is keen to participate in the fourth phase of the Egypt Government Excellence Award for Egyptian universities, in line with its vision to disseminate a culture of institutional excellence and entrench concepts of quality and innovation across all its sectors and faculties, consistent with Egypt's Vision 2030.
