Students from the Food Science Department at the Faculty of Agriculture, Benha University, have successfully presented a range of innovative food products as part of an academic project. These products were carefully developed to combine nutritional value, taste, and quality.
The products included:
Roasted Wheat Beverage: A natural energy and focus drink to support mental performance.
Oat, Banana, and Honey Muffin: A healthy, energy-rich snack.
Oat and Whole Wheat Biscuit filled with Dates and Peanut Butter:** A high-fiber option suitable for light meals.
These products align with the focus on proper healthy nutrition and aim to provide the community with healthy and safe food options.
