Benha University organized a specialized medical Convoy at the primary school in Zawiyat Beltan, Toukh, as part of the "For the Hearts of Our Children" initiative to conduct medical examinations for school students.
Benha University organized a specialized medical Convoy at the primary school in Zawiyat Beltan, Toukh, as part of the "For the Hearts of Our Children" initiative to conduct medical examinations for school students.
The Convoy was held under the auspices of:
• Prof. Nasser El-Ghazawy, President of Benha University;
• Prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development;
• Prof. Mohamed Al-Ashhab, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Benha University Hospitals;
• Prof. Nourin Adly, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development;
• Mr. Yasser Mahmoud, Deputy Minister of Education in Kalyobiya;
• Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
Prof. Nourin Adly stated that the Convoy conducted medical examinations for a total of 263 cases, including:
• 113 pediatric cases,
• 84 cases of conjunctivitis,
• 66 cases of rheumatism.
• 8 pairs of glasses were provided, and medication was dispensed for free. Some cases were referred to the university hospital for necessary tests.
