President of Benha University Chairs Faculty of Agriculture Council and Honors Former Deans

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, President of Benha University, chaired the Faculty of Agriculture Council meeting, attended by Prof.Dr. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof.Dr. El-Sayed Khatir, Dean of the Faculty; former deans of the faculty; as well as vice deans and department heads.
During the council meeting, Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy emphasized that the Faculty of Agriculture is distinguished by its high human and academic capabilities, which has qualified Benha University in general and the Faculty of Agriculture in particular to be ranked among the top 300 universities worldwide in agricultural sciences.
This achievement is attributed to its specialized programs such as Food Safety, Biotechnology, and Agricultural Business Management, which have given the Faculty of Agriculture international impact and recognition, benefiting from its strong research structure and position as one of Egypt's leading faculties.
El Gizawy affirmed the university's commitment to maximizing its assets and investing in them through developing the Faculty of Agriculture's infrastructure, including facilities and farms, in addition to developing the faculty's landscape to accommodate future needs while aligning with the University's visual identity.
During the council, the University president honored former deans and leaders of the University from the Faculty of Agriculture, expressing gratitude and appreciation to all former leaders for their contributions during previous periods, considering this day as a day of appreciation for all academic leaders who assumed the responsibility of leading the faculty or the University.
