Benha University Announces Vacancy for Director General of Scientific and Cultural Relations

Benha University is opening applications for the leadership position of Director General of Scientific and Cultural Relations.
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must have completed at least one year in a position at the immediately lower functional level (Level A) within the state administrative apparatus, or a total of at least seventeen years of relevant experience consistent with the nature of the job outside the state administrative apparatus.
General Duties:
1- Prepare the annual plan for the General Department under his/her leadership, along with operational programs and requirements, and follow up on implementation to ensure compliance with all regulations, rules, and directives while proposing improvements to work processes.
2- Propose human resource needs based on workload analysis, as well as necessary training requirements to enhance performance efficiency within the General Department.
Key Specialized Duties:
1- Establish the general framework for plans that ensure the smooth operation of cultural and scientific relations, issue decisions to achieve set objectives, and refer them to the Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research.
2- Organize and develop communications and exchanges in the fields of culture and science between the university and local and foreign universities, scientific bodies, and research centers.
