Benha University Announces Vacancy for Faculty Secretary of the Faculty of Arts

Benha University is opening applications for the leadership position of Faculty Secretary of the Faculty of Arts.
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must have completed at least one year in a position at the immediately lower functional level (Level A) within the state administrative apparatus, or a total of at least seventeen years of relevant experience consistent with the nature of the job outside the state administrative apparatus.
Key General Duties:
1- Prepare the annual plan for the General Department under his/her leadership, along with operational programs and requirements, and follow up on implementation to ensure compliance with all regulations, rules, and directives while proposing improvements to work processes.
2- Propose human resource needs based on workload analysis, as well as necessary training requirements to enhance performance efficiency within the General Department.
Key Specialized Duties:
Supervise the paper-based or electronic documentation of all data, documents, records, and files related to the faculty.
Establish the general framework for plans that ensure the smooth operation of the faculty, issue decisions necessary to achieve the set objectives, and present them to the Dean of the Faculty.
Application Details and Location:
Applications are received at: Benha University – Administration Building, Farid Nada Street, Benha, Qalyubia Governorate – General Administration for Human Resources – Technical Secretariat of the Leadership Positions Selection Committee.
Working hours: From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Applicants must complete the designated form available at the Technical Secretariat of the Leadership Positions Selection Committee.
Submit the application addressed to Prof. Dr. President of the University to the Technical Secretariat of the Leadership Positions Selection Committee on the third floor of the university administration building.
Required documents: Original + 8 copies.
Applications submitted by mail, after the deadline, before the announcement date, or after the publication expiry date will not be considered—whether from inside or outside the university.
Deadline for Submission: Monday, April 6, 2026.
