Continuing Activities of the "Leadership and Influence" Program for Faculty Members and Administrators at Benha University

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the activities of the "Leadership and Influence" program continue for the second day, organized by the Center for Development of Faculty Members and Leaders at the university. On this day, lectures were given by:
• Prof. Ali Shams El-Din, former President of Benha University,
• Prof. Sami Ghoneim, former Dean of the Faculty of Commerce.
Prof. El-Gizawy stated that the Leadership and Influence program organized by the Center for Development of Capacities is an ideal model for investing in the university's human resources, as it works on building the capacities of university leaders and qualifying them for leadership and management while utilizing the accumulated experiences of the university's leadership.
Prof. Naglaa Fekry, Director of the Center for Development of Faculty Members at the university, added that the training course includes a selection of the best trainers and lasts for three days. It aims to equip trainees with the knowledge and skills required to manage training sessions, familiarize them with the necessary behaviors of a good trainer, and how to prepare effectively for the training process.
