attended the Holy Easter Mass at the Virgin Mary Church in Benha yesterday evening, in the presence of several security, executive, popular, and religious leaders in the governorate.
They were welcomed by His Grace Bishop Maximous, the Metropolitan of Benha and Quesna and its dependencies, along with several priests, amidst an atmosphere filled with joy and affection. The Governor of Kalyobiya and his companions extended their congratulations to the Christians on the occasion of the Holy Easter, expressing their heartfelt wishes for a happy holiday, peace, and security for Egypt, emphasizing the importance of national unity that distinguishes Egyptians and leads to real development in various fields.
The President of the University affirmed Benha University's ongoing commitment to participating with the Christians in celebrating their holidays, confirming the feelings of brotherhood and the spirit of nationalism and tolerance that characterize the people of Egypt. He prayed that the holidays would be a great opportunity to spread values of tolerance and affection among the people of the same nation.
