President of Benha University witnessed the end of the Children's University Initiative

"Prof. Gizawy": The Initiative Marks the Beginning of a New Journey for Our Children towards a Future Flourishing with Knowledge and Creativity
Professor Nasser Gizawy, President of Benha University, attended the end of the Children's University initiative organized by the university in collaboration with the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology.
The event was attended by:
• Professor Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development,
• Professor Mohamed Heikal, Dean of the Faculty of Science,
• Professor Magdy El-Shahat, Dean of the Faculty of Education,
• Professor Magdy Meligi, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce,
• Professor Hani Shehta, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education,
• Professor Ayman Awad, Coordinator of the Children's University at the university,
• Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development,
• Several faculty members.
Professor Nasser Gizawy expressed his pride in the pioneering experience that provided our children with a unique opportunity for learning and creativity within a university environment, noting that they possess promising talents that deserve care and support, and that they are capable of actively participating in building a knowledge society.
The university president thanked and appreciated the team involved in the activities and organization, who put in significant effort in preparation, coordination, and follow-up, making it a model for teamwork and cooperation.
Prof El-Gizawy emphasized that the end of the initiative is not the end of the road, but rather the beginning of a new journey for our children towards a future flourishing with knowledge and creativity.
Professor Taha Ashour pointed out that the goals of the Children's University are to prepare a generation of Egyptian children capable of facing future challenges as real agents of change by developing their creative and innovative abilities and building conscious minds capable of shaping a better world. This is achieved by enhancing their interest in sciences and instilling the importance of scientific research and developing their scientific thinking skills.
Professor Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, stated that the Community Service and Environmental Development sector at the university believes that real investment lies in building human capacity and that empowering children scientifically and intellectually is the path towards a brighter and more sustainable future. Therefore, it works to provide a beautiful and joyful environment for students through fruitful landscaping and planting 100 fruitful palm trees and other ornamental plants, assessing the university's carbon footprint, and providing pioneering informational guidance services for Benha University, in addition to the convoys that tour the villages of the governorate and other initiatives.
At the end of the activities, Professor Nasser Gizawy and his companions presented certificates of appreciation to the participants in the Children's University.
