Rediscovering El Qanater El Khayreya: A Workshop as Part of the Third Conference "The Future of Heritage between Visions and Challenges"

As part of the third edition of the conference "The Future of Heritage between Visions and Challenges," which is held for the third consecutive year, we are pleased to announce the organization of a distinguished workshop titled:
Rediscovering El Qanater El Khayreya: Integrating a Future for a Living Heritage Context
• Hosted by the Water Research Center in El Qanater El Khayreya
• On April 26 and 27
This event is organized in collaboration between Benha University, Archspace Company, and several academic and professional entities.
Target Groups:
The workshop targets students, graduates, researchers, and those interested in the following fields:
• Engineering Colleges
• Faculty of Arts (Departments of Heritage and Archaeology)
• Archaeology Colleges
• Applied Arts Colleges
• Faculty of Specific Education
• All related disciplines in the fields of heritage, urbanism, and culture.
Application and Participation Conditions:
• Please note that registration does not guarantee final acceptance into the workshop.
• Participants will be selected based on a review of their CV.
• No fees will be paid until acceptance is confirmed.
This workshop is part of efforts to support integration between different disciplines to revive heritage sites and connect them with contemporary contexts through fieldwork and participatory design.
