President of Benha University inaugurated the 24th Scout Festival for University Scouts

Professor Nasser Gizawy, President of Benha University, inaugurated the 24th Scout Festival for the university's scouts at the colleges campus, organized by the university's Student Union in collaboration with the General Administration for Youth Care.
The event was attended by:
• Prof. Gehan Abdel-Hady, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research,
• Prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development,
• several deans
• vice deans of faculties,
• Prof. Khaled Eissawy, General Coordinator of Student Activities,
• Mr. Mustafa Abdel-Hamid, Head of the Global Youth Authority in Kalyobiya,
• Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development,
• Mr. Ibrahim Abdullah, General Director of the General Administration for Youth Care at the university,
• Officials from the scouting activities.
Professor Nasser Gizawy emphasized the importance of organizing various student activities and events aimed at fostering a spirit of belonging and loyalty among youth towards the Egyptian state. He noted that scout festivals instill independence in students, enhance their self-confidence, build their personalities, and introduce them to the added value of volunteer work.
Prof. El-Gizawy expressed his happiness in participating in the festival, looking forward to organizing more scout festivals in various locations across the university campus.
He praised the national projects established by the Egyptian state over the past years, urging students to appreciate and preserve what the state is doing for them and future generations through projects aimed at improving the national economy.
Prof. Gehan Abdel-Hady mentioned that students from the university's faculties are participating in the festival, which will continue until the 19th of this month. She highlighted the festival's role in teaching students essential values such as discipline and hard work, thanking the General Administration for Youth Care for their excellent organization.
Prof. Khaled Eissawy pointed out that this year's festival comes under the slogan "Leave a Mark," aiming to encourage students to learn how to leave an impact within their community and to reinforce the concept of public service while applying the goals and principles of the scouting movement through diligent work.
