President of Benha University Inspected  the Annual Flower Exhibition in Its Third Edition

Prof. Nasser Al-Gizawy, President of Benha University, inspected the activities of the third edition of the flower exhibition organized by the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the university.
The visit was attended by :
• Prof. Gehan Abdel-Hady, Vice President of the University for postgraduate Studies and Research,
• Prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development,
• Prof. Mohamed Mansour, Dean of the Faculty of Law,
• Prof. El-Sayed Khater, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor,
• Prof. Tamer Arafa, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Science,
• Prof. Faten Shafik,
• Prof. Hani Zakaria,
• Prof. Mohamed Shaaban,
• Vice Deans of the faculties of Nursing, Sports Science, and Agriculture for Community Service and Environmental Development.
The event was organized by Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, along with several faculty members and university students.
Prof. Nasser Al-Gizawy confirmed that the flower exhibition, now in its third edition, is part of the initiative "100 Million Trees," aimed at informing university members and the local community about various types of fruit trees and different plants.
The President and his companions inspected the exhibition's sections, which included many different and diverse flowering plants, natural flowers, medicinal and aromatic plants, seedlings, ornamental plants of various types, and agricultural materials and supplies.
Prof. Taha Ashour added that the exhibition is part of the activities of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the university and will continue for two days with the participation of the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor and several exhibitors. It features over 300 types of ornamental plants and promotes the culture of afforestation and awareness of how to select suitable types according to each location, as well as how to plant and care for them. He added that the products of the exhibition are available to the university community and the external community at reasonable prices.
