Training Course at Benha University entitled "Leadership and Traits of a Successful Leader"

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the General Administration of Human Resources at the university organized a training course titled "Leadership and Traits of a Successful Leader" at the Faculty and Leadership Development Center. This initiative is part of a series of training courses organized by the university to enhance the efficiency of its staff.
The course was delivered by Prof. Hamada Fawzi from the Faculty of Commerce.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy stated that Benha University organizes training courses to continuously improve the efficiency of its administrative staff and faculty members, reflecting positively on the quality of services provided and contributing to the improvement of institutional performance.
He added that the training course will stay four consecutive days in an in-person format. He also mentioned the organization of a series of diverse training courses aimed at enhancing the performance of staff across all university sectors.
