Benha University Organized Visit to Silo Foods Factory Campus in Sadat City

Benha University, in collaboration with the Popular and Military Defense Forces, organized a visit to the Silo Foods factory Campus in Sadat City, attended by Colonel Hafiz Ibrahim, Director of Military Education at the university.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, confirmed that the visit was organized in line with the directives of the political leadership to raise awareness about the importance of national projects being implemented on the ground.
Prof. El-Gizawy pointed out that the visit included familiarizing students with the latest technologies used in production lines, strategic grain storage systems, and the quality and food safety standards followed by the industrial city. The student delegation was also given a detailed explanation of the pivotal role of "Silo Foods" in achieving food security in Egypt and self-sufficiency through a documentary film showcasing the company's history, the factories within it, and how they operate. The Silo Foods industrial city in Sadat was established on an area of 135 acres, making it one of the largest food industrial cities in the Middle East.
University students expressed their happiness and pride in the university organizing a series of scientific and educational visits to various institutions.
