The University President Chairs Faculty of Physical Therapy Council

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, chaired the meeting of the Faculty of Physical Therapy Council. The session was attended by Dr. Walid Talaat, Acting Dean of the Faculty, along with the vice deans, department heads, and faculty members.
During the meeting, prof. El-Gizawy outlined his forward-looking vision for the university and its general policies, emphasizing his commitment to developing the university's infrastructure to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all members of the community. He stressed the importance of making optimal use of university facilities without compromising its visual identity.
He highlighted that the Faculty of Physical Therapy's outpatient clinics play a pivotal role by combining healthcare services with hands-on training opportunities for students. Moreover, he described these clinics as a promising investment in the medical care sector within the governorate. This potential, he explained, could be realized through strategic promotion and marketing in collaboration with the Educational Studio and the university's “Bidaya” company, to showcase the advanced equipment and affordable diagnostic services available to the public.
Prof. El-Gizawy noted that his visit to the faculty was part of a comprehensive strategy to assess the current state of all university sectors, remove obstacles hindering progress, and listen to diverse perspectives and proposals aimed at enhancing educational, research, and administrative performance across faculties.
Dr. Walid Talaat welcomed the university president, praising his continuous efforts to advance the university both inside and outside the campus. He expressed gratitude for the unwavering support provided to the Faculty of Physical Therapy in fulfilling its educational and community mission.
