New Horizons in Scientific Excellence and Smart Environments

Under the auspices of prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the Faculty of Science held its annual scientific conference entitled “New Horizons for Scientific Excellence and Smart Environments.” The opening was led by prof. Gehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research.
The event was attended by prof. Mohamed Hekal, Dean of the Faculty, prof. Mohamed Abou Reya, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, prof. Ali Abdel Maaboud, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, prof. Radwan Khalil, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, along with department heads, faculty members, researchers, staff, and students.

A keynote lecture by prof. Mahmoud Hanafy, “Research Projects and Horizons of Scientific Development,” highlighted the importance of research projects in fostering innovation, addressing societal challenges, and opening new avenues for collaboration.
The conference also honored accredited programs and distinguished academic and administrative departments for their contributions to institutional quality and excellence.
