Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, inaugurated the graduation project of the 32nd cohort of students from the Faculty of Specific Education. The project was titled “Productive Childhood in Light of Presidential Initiatives” and incorporated initiatives such as Bidaya (A New Beginning), Digital Child, and Decent Life.
The event was attended by prof. Gehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Hani Shehata, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education; Dr. Tamer Arafa, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Sport Sciences; Dr. Rasha Shaker, Vice Dean of Specific Education for Education and Student Affairs; Ms. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary-General for Community Service and Environmental Development; along with several faculty members.
Prof. El-Gizawy listened to a presentation by Dr. Amal Obeid, Head of the Early Childhood Education Department, who explained the projects carried out by the students. He stressed the importance of applying these projects within the community.
He praised the outstanding performance of fourth-year Early Childhood Education students, highlighting their innovative ideas showcased in the graduation project. He noted that these efforts reflect the dedication of faculty members and college leadership in preparing distinguished graduates capable of creativity and innovation.
Prof. El-Gizawy reaffirmed Benha University's commitment to supporting student projects in innovation and entrepreneurship, linking course outcomes to community needs, and developing students' skills and abilities to establish start-ups that contribute to the university's financial sustainability.
