President of Benha University: Accreditation of the Continuing Medical Education Center at the Faculty of Medicine by the Egyptian Health Council

Professor Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the accreditation of the Continuing Medical Education Center at the Faculty of Medicine by the Egyptian Health Council as an accredited provider for professional development.
Prof. El-Gizawy indicated that the center's accreditation aligns with the university's overall strategy and the Faculty of Medicine's specific aim to enhance the quality of medical education and professional training, as well as to strengthen its role in preparing qualified healthcare professionals.
The university president congratulated and thanked all faculty members for their efforts, emphasizing that this accreditation reflects the Faculty of Medicine's commitment to applying the national standards approved in the fields of medical education and training, and its dedication to providing an advanced educational environment that supports continuous learning and contributes to enhancing the skills of healthcare workers and improving professional performance.
Prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, explained that the accreditation of the Enhanced Complementary Training Program by the Egyptian Health Council came with a total of 25 points for continuous professional development. This reflects the quality of the scientific and training content of the program and its compatibility with the latest requirements for professional development in the medical field.
Prof. Mohamed El-Ashhab, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Benha University Hospitals, added that the program aims to develop the scientific and professional skills of doctors and enhance their capabilities in the fields of medical practice and medical education, keeping pace with rapid scientific developments and modern global standards in healthcare delivery.
Prof. Nermeen Adly Mahmoud, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, stated that the Faculty of Medicine continues its efforts to enhance the medical education and continuous training system to prepare more competent healthcare professionals capable of meeting future demands.
