Benha University Leadership Committee Interviewed Applicants for Leadership Positions

The Leadership Selection Committee at Benha University held meetings to conduct interviews with staff applying for leadership positions at the university, specifically:
• Assistant Secretary of the University for Administrative Affairs,
• Secretary of the Faculty of Arts,
• Director General of Cultural Relations.
The committee, chaired by Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of the University, listened to the proposals and ideas of the applicants for these positions, their management strategies for the sectors they applied for, their vision for development, their ability to complete tasks quickly, and their decision-making and problem-solving skills.
The President of Benha University confirmed that the selection of applicants for leadership positions is conducted by the committee formed to evaluate candidates based on the necessary criteria to choose the most competent and suitable individuals for these leadership roles at the university.
