Mutual Protocol between Bedaya Company at Benha University and Al-Nahoud Company for Development

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and in the presence of Prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, a cooperation protocol was signed this morning between Prof. Mustafa Rashid Al-Abadi, Executive Director of Bedaya Company for Marketing Benha University Services, and Captain Ashraf Said Desouki, authorized signatory for Al-Nahoud Company, which specializes in managing and operating football activities. This collaboration aims to invest the university's assets in sports fields to maximize the economic return from their use and benefit the educational process.
The signing was attended by Prof. Hany Zakaria, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Sports Science and General Supervisor of the University Sports campus, and Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
Prof. Taha Ashour confirmed that Benha University has a sports complex located in Kafr Saad in Kalyobiya Governorate, which is used to serve the educational process for students of the Faculty of Sports Science. The university seeks to invest and market this complex during the summer vacation and after the school day throughout the academic year, through Bedaya Company, which is owned by the university and specializes in strategic marketing, educational, research, and consulting services. The company works to enhance Benha University's role as a leading scientific and research institution that ensures the sustainability of the university's financial resources through knowledge investment.
The vice president pointed out that this contract is based on a revenue-sharing model, whereby a percentage of the revenues will be supplied to Bedaya Company as agreed upon. Additionally, the company or academy is committed to providing a 20% discount for university affiliates, with the university promoting the academy through its social media platforms to ensure its visibility within the university community.
Captain Ashraf Said Desouki expressed his happiness at signing the agreement with Bedaya Company at Benha University, citing the university's strong infrastructure, capabilities, and human resources.
