Benha University, in collaboration with the Popular and Military Defense Forces, organized a visit for a delegation of university students to the Military Survey Administration, coordinated by Colonel Hafez Ibrahim, Director of Military Education at the university.
Professor Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, emphasized that the university places great importance on organizing field visits for students to national institutions and major national projects, as these represent a genuine opportunity to acquire knowledge and practical experience, while also enhancing the sense of belonging and loyalty to the homeland among youth.
The university president noted that the visit included an introduction to the nature of the work of the Military Survey Administration and its vital role in preparing accurate maps and geographic data that the state relies on for implementing national and developmental projects. The visit also showcased the latest technologies and modern systems used in surveying and geographic information systems.
He explained that these visits are part of the university's commitment to implementing awareness and educational activities aimed at raising national consciousness among students and informing them about the role played by state institutions in supporting comprehensive development plans.
The university students expressed their happiness and pride in the university's organization of a series of scientific and educational visits to various institutions.
