Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, affirmed that the state places great importance on supporting students in financial hardship, stemming from its belief in education as one of the fundamental pillars for achieving sustainable development and building the Egyptian citizen.
El-Gizawy pointed out that the Ministry of Social Solidarity, under the leadership of Minister Maya Morsy, has paid the tuition fees of financially struggling students and beneficiaries of the Takaful and Karama program at the university, with a total of 8 million Egyptian pounds.
He explained that this initiative comes within the framework of ongoing cooperation between Benha University and the Ministry of Social Solidarity, contributing to easing the financial burdens on students and their families, and enabling them to continue their university education without obstacles.
Prof. El-Gizawy expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Minister Maya Morsy for her efforts and continuous support of the university's students, praising the fruitful collaboration between Benha University and the Ministry of Social Solidarity in serving the educational process.
