Vice President of Benha University for Community Service inaugurated Introductory Workshop on the National Initiative for Smart Green Projects at the College of Applied Arts

"Prof. Ashour": Supporting innovation and green projects enhances sustainable development efforts and achieves Egypt's Vision 2030.
Under the auspices of:
• Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University,
• Prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development,
• Prof. Osama Nada, Dean of the College of Applied Arts,
Inaugurated the introductory seminar on the National Initiative for Smart Green Projects, organized by the College of Applied Arts.
The event was attended by :
• Prof. Nevin Farouk, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development,
• Mrs. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
Prof. Taha Ashour emphasized Benha University's commitment to supporting national initiatives that contribute to promoting a culture of sustainability and enhancing environmental awareness among students and faculty members. He noted that the National Initiative for Smart Green Projects represents an important platform for encouraging innovative ideas and transforming them into executable projects that serve the community and support the state's efforts in achieving sustainable development and Egypt's Vision 2030.
The Vice President added that the university places great importance on encouraging active participation in various initiatives and competitions that open new horizons for youth and researchers to provide innovative solutions to environmental challenges. He affirmed the organization of awareness-raising events and seminars to highlight the importance of smart green projects and to inform students and faculty members about the mechanisms of participation and submission requirements.
