The committee responsible for selecting candidates for supervisory positions at Benha University convened to conduct interviews with staff members applying for these roles. The positions under consideration include: Secretary of the Faculty of Physical Therapy, Secretary of the Faculty of Sport Sciences, Director of Procurement and Stores at the Faculty of Commerce, Director of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Commerce, and Head of Student Affairs at the Faculty of Medicine.
The committee, chaired by prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of the University, listened to the applicants' proposals and ideas regarding how they would manage the sectors they applied to oversee, their vision for development, efficiency in completing tasks, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Prof. El-Gizawy emphasized that the selection of candidates for supervisory positions is carried out by a committee formed specifically to evaluate applicants according to the necessary criteria, ensuring that the most competent and suitable individuals are chosen for leadership roles within the university.
It is noteworthy that the committee's meetings were chaired by prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of the University, and included as members: prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Mohamed El-Ashhab, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine; Dr. Karam Abdel Ghani, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence; Dr. Mohamed Mansour, Dean of the Faculty of Law; Dr. Magdy Meligy, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce; and Ms. Sherine Shawky, Secretary-General of the University.
