Prof. Nasser El‑Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced the participation of prof. Gehan Abdel‑Hadi, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, in the program “Training Government Institution Leaders on Artificial Intelligence Applications.” The program is organized by the National Training Academy with the participation of several national bodies, in support of the state's drive toward digital transformation and the development of government leaders capable of keeping pace with rapid technological advancements.
Prof. El‑Gizawy emphasized that the university's participation reflects its commitment to investing in human capital, enhancing the capabilities of its leadership, and enabling them to employ AI applications in improving institutional performance, service quality, and decision‑making processes.
He added that the program addressed several key themes, including leadership in the age of artificial intelligence, smart government applications, innovation, investment in emerging technologies, governance and cybersecurity, as well as future foresight and institutional capacity‑building — all aligned with the objectives of Egypt's Vision.
