President of Benha University welcomed President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, welcomed Prof. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University in Iraq, along with his accompanying delegation, to discuss avenues for joint cooperation in research and scientific fields.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Gehan Abdelhady, Vice President for postgraduate Studies and Research at Benha University. The Iraqi delegation included:
• Prof. Haidar Hassan Al-Abdali, Dean of the Technical Institute in Najaf.
• Prof. Bashar Jabbar Hamza, Dean of the Higher Institute for Nanotechnology Studies.
• Prof. Salah Mahdi Saleh, Assistant Dean of the Technical Institute in Najaf for Scientific Affairs.
• Engineer Ahmed Mahdi.
Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy welcomed the President of Al-Furat University and his delegation, emphasizing Benha University's commitment to enhancing cooperation with Arab universities. He highlighted the university's role in supporting academic partnerships and exchanging expertise to contribute to the development of higher education and scientific research.

President of Al-Furat University praised the warm reception and the academic standing and development witnessed by Egyptian universities. He expressed his desire for further scientific, research, and technical collaboration between the two universities through faculty and student exchanges and conducting joint research.
