Vice President of Benha University inaugurated the Trainer Preparation Program at the Faculty Development Center

Under the auspices of:
• Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University,
• Prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development,
Inaugurated the activities of the Trainer Preparation Program (TOT) organized by the Faculty Development Center. The aim is to prepare training cadres capable of developing academic skills and transferring expertise using the latest training methods.
The event was attended by:
• Prof. Naglaa Fekry, Executive Director of the Faculty Development Center,
• with a selection of trainers,
• Faculty members
• University leaders.
Prof. Taha Ashour emphasized Benha University's commitment to developing the human capabilities of its members and enhancing the culture of continuous learning. This is achieved by preparing cadres equipped with training skills and knowledge transfer efficiently and professionally, contributing to improving the learning environment and supporting the quality of the educational process.
The Vice President pointed out that the university continues its efforts to develop the infrastructure of the Faculty Development Center, alongside implementing several initiatives that support the university environment, such as planting fruit trees and establishing outdoor gyms in various faculties. This stems from the university's belief that investing in people is the foundation for achieving sustainable development.
Prof. Taha Ashour added that the program represents a new step towards preparing a generation of distinguished trainers capable of supporting Egypt's vision for sustainable development and enhancing Benha University's position as a leading institution in human development and future building.
Prof. Naglaa Fekry explained that the program will be held over two weeks;
• the first week will take place from July 23 to 25, 2026,
• the second week will be held on July 30, 31, and August 1, 2026,
With the participation of a select group of leaders and faculty members from Benha University.
