The Faculty of Engineering in Shubra welcomed the Technical Support and Follow-up Team from the Excellence Support Administration at the Higher Education Development Project Management Unit.

The Faculty of Engineering in Shubra welcomed the Technical Support and Follow-up Team from the Excellence Support Administration at the Higher Education Development Project Management Unit to receive support for innovative projects for higher education students in its fifth cycle.
This event was attended by :
• Prof. Mohamed Saeed, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra,
• Prof. Mahmoud Abdel-Ghaffar, Director of the Project Management Unit at the university,
• Project consultants,
• Prof. Radwan Al-Hajjar
• Prof. Mostafa Hilal.
The team received four projects implemented by students of the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra, which are: a project for producing biogas from organic waste and sewage (Code: IPH5-07-BEN), a project for an economical embroidery machine on fabrics using digital methods and CNC applications (Code: IPH5-09-BEN), and a project designing a biofiltration system for treating industrial wastewater in tanneries (Code: IPH5-06-BEN)
Additionally, there was a project for manufacturing low-cost furniture units from recycled wooden pallets (Code: IPH5-08-BEN), along with a project executed at the Faculty of Education in Benha titled "An Electronic Supervision Platform to Address Field Training Issues" (Code: IPH5-022-BEN) at the Faculty of Education, Benha University.
A presentation was given by the students highlighting the main outputs of the projects, and the committee praised the activities carried out in the projects and the support provided by the faculties and the university to achieve the targeted outputs of the projects.
