Postgraduate Studies Inspects Electronic Admission Coordination Labs at the Faculties of Arts and Commerce

Under the auspices of prof. Nasser El‑Gizawy, President of Benha University, prof. Gehan Abdel Hady, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, inspected the electronic coordination labs at the Faculties of Arts and Commerce in Benha's Faculties Complex. The visit coincided with the launch of the first phase of university and institute admissions for the academic year 2026/2027.
Prof. El‑Gizawy confirmed that the university has completed preparations of the labs to welcome secondary school students, providing computers connected to high‑speed internet networks, along with technical support teams to assist students in registering their preferences, ensuring the process is completed smoothly and accurately. He also noted that suitable waiting areas have been allocated for students and parents, helping to organize access to the labs and prevent overcrowding throughout the coordination period.
During her tour, prof. Gehan Abdel Hady assessed the workflow inside the labs, checked the quality of services provided to students, and listened to several visitors to ensure their needs were met and technical support was delivered promptly during the registration process.
She emphasized that the university administration monitors coordination activities daily to guarantee smooth operations and service delivery in line with established regulations, while providing all necessary facilities to ease the registration procedures.
It is worth noting that Benha University has designated three electronic coordination labs: at the Faculties of Commerce and Arts in the Faculties Complex, and at the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor, to serve secondary school students from both scientific and literary streams throughout the first phase of admissions.
